According to a unique survey performed by Business Insider and LinkedIn, about 23% of running experts feel burned out when their coworkers are on holiday.
The survey polled moover 1,000 operating specialists ages 18 to seventy-four across the US. The survey is no longer limited to simply LinkedIn members.
One zone of respondents stated they experienced burnout while their colleagues were on holiday, and one-third said they felt burned out directly before a holiday.
Most respondents feel overworked and burned out, with millennials reporting the very best costs of both: ninety% reported feeling burned out, compared to eighty-five % of Gen X respondents and eighty% of infant boomers.
